These terms are the agreement between you and neosfy for the use of neosfy.com, the dashboard at app.neosfy.com, booking pages and the neosfy MCP server (together, "the service"). neosfy is operated from Brazil. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
neosfy combines the availability of the calendars you connect (Google, Microsoft and Zoho), lets people book time with you through booking pages, and lets AI agents read your availability and book meetings through the MCP server, using keys you create. Features may change over time; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in and agent keys secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including everything done with agent keys you create. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard right away.
3. Calendars, agents and bookings
By connecting a calendar you authorise neosfy to read its events to compute your availability and, for Google and Zoho, to create, change and cancel events when you, your booking pages or your agents ask for it. Microsoft calendars are read-only.
An AI agent using one of your keys acts on your behalf. neosfy carries out the requests it receives within the key's scope, but does not check whether an agent's decision was the one you wanted. Choose the agents you trust and the scope you give them.
People who book with you give their name, email address and a note. That information goes into your calendar, and you are responsible for using it lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to send spam or unwanted invitations, or to harass anyone;
- connect calendars or accounts you are not authorised to use;
- probe, overload or break the service's security, or get around plan limits or rate limits;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product;
- use the service for anything illegal.
5. Trial, plans and payment
- Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown in the dashboard and on the pricing page; taxes may apply.
- You can cancel at any time in the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you are a consumer in Brazil you may withdraw within 7 days of your first payment and get it back in full (Consumer Defence Code, art. 49).
- If we change a plan's price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
6. Ending the service
You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time; your data is erased at once, as described in the Privacy Policy. If a trial or subscription ends and is not renewed, the account is erased 30 days later.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or does not pay. Except in urgent cases, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7. Your data and our software
Your calendars, events and settings remain yours; you give us only the permission needed to run the service for you. The neosfy software, brand and website are ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
8. Third-party services
The service depends on Google, Microsoft, Zoho, Clerk and Stripe. Their own terms apply to your accounts with them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, although we will work to limit the effect on you.
9. Availability and warranties
We work to keep neosfy available and correct, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available": we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every booking or event will be created. Check important meetings in your calendar.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neosfy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed meetings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, for changes that materially affect you, tell account holders by email at least 15 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your own domicile; otherwise disputes go to the courts of the place where neosfy is established in Brazil.
